type : temp

Press Enter button .

Select all files then delete

Step two open the same box

Type the following keyboard

Keyword : %temp%

Press Enter button

Select all files then delete

Again open the dialogue box

Type the following keyword

Keyword : prefetch

Press Enter and select all files then delete

Type defragment in start box and select the option defragment your computer drive properly .

Computer is RAM based so insert high capacity RAM in your pc you interest purchase a RAM don't worry I provide a link below use it .
